The whole team were really helpful with all my questions and unasked did a number of extra things to help me for nothing that have saved me a lot of time and effort
Unfortunately after giving this garage many opportunities they still fail to do the basics right in my opinion. From the first contact with Paul who on every occasion (apart from when taking payment for work) barely acknowledged my custom, right through to the lack of communication during works, I have been left frustrated and disappointed. They also failed on 3 occasions in-spite being reminded to quote for additional works, to get a price to me. I get the feeling I am an inconvenience to them at Roundwood garage and therefore will never return, The motor trade is built on customer service and this garage should think hard about that fact. I am still waiting a call back 3 weeks on, to arrange the swapping of a part wrongly fitted.......I dont expect it will happen given my experience thus far. And in case any one reading this thinks I may be an ill informed and unreasonable person, I worked in the motor trade for 8 years and have a good understanding of what is expected.
Matt and Paul was very friendly and welcoming, Went in with squeaky brakes left with the issue resolved, had some trouble getting the wheels off due to a previous garage over tightening the nuts, Matt went out of his way to get them off, an hour later job was done. Recommend heavily
