I recently purchased a beautiful floral arrangement from 4 Seasons as a house warming present. Unfortunately after 3 days some of the blooms had wilted. I contacted Louise who was amazing - she supplied a replacement arrangement and delivered it to my work-place. Amazing customer service!!
I needed flowers for my wedding, which was in two days time, and visited this florist in Harrogate to see about a bouquet for myself and five bouquets for my bridesmaids. The staff were so helpful! I was a bit worried because it was for a wedding and it was a last minute request, the staff would be a bit negative, or charge a lot of money but that wasn't the case at all. The florist talked with me about the options available, and got an idea of what colours and flowers I might like (I know nothing about flowers - so quite a lot of guess work for her!) and though my budget wasn't high, we managed to find options that would work. When the flowers were collected I was so happy with what the florist selected! Exactly fit the colour and theme I wanted, and they were all so fresh and fragrant - I got a lot of compliments on the day :)
