Ive had some really bad customer experiences at this post Office, mainly rude, unhelpful staff. However, one particular staff member bent over backwards to help me post a parcel today, whilst the other staff member (her superior) tried her very best to stop her. Thank you for your help and persistence in proving your superior staff member wrong.
Customer service is lacking. The customers are there for the benefit of the staff. Unhelpful and if it wasn't for the fact that it has a captive audience who can't easily choose to go elsewhere it would have gone out of business a long time ago
Manager lady has bad customer service skills, if you dont want to work in a post office get another job!
Need to be able to say hello and goodbye!
I am sure that it would not be too much effort to greet a customer with ....oh, I don't know - say maybe a "hello"? Then when they have handed over the money maybe some form of acknowledgement that would fit the conformoties of modern society - again I am only offering a guess here - maybe a "thank you"?
