I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Jonathan Myers / Keith Loveday and the team because they put a lot of emphasis on the customer being happy. I have 50000 pounds to buy a car. I turned up with my family and ignored. I wasn't best dressed having just walked the dog. This shouldn't matter and courtesy goes a long way. I visited Mercedes after this horrific experience and clearly they are better trained in customer service. Deal done thanks Mercedes. Audi pick up on money when it walks in.
Always had a new Audi every 2 years. Retired from work and ordered a new one. Failed to deliver 3 months as promised. after 5 months of wait offered a white car which at the outset said I did not want. After 6 1/2 months wait. Got deposit back and went elsewhere. Never been back.Pity. Since cars are excellent.
My first visit was for a routine service and a heater recall (which I'd been dreading). From start to finish we were warmly welcomed and Natalie kept us up to speed with progress throughout. The car came back spotless and like new again. Excellent coffee and altogether a great experience. Thanks.
