This afternoon I attended a birthday afternoon tea at the Ugly duckling, as a person who suffers from coeliac disease I was a little aprehensive about what I could eat. Wow, I was so pleasantly surprised, they ensured I was well catered for, and that my choices were similar to what the other guests had. So, thank you. I most definitely will be making a return visit..
Beautiful little cafe by the river. Would highly recommend this place.
Very child friendly. They don't have a set children's menu but are willing to make a smaller portion of anything on the main menu. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I've been taking my Grandson there since he was a toddler and he loves it as he can watch the traffic crossing the bridge.
Went in The Ugly Duckling as we walked out if the car park because we didn't know the area. Such a lovely and warm welcome and the vegetarian options are amazing! The foos was lovely and we were well looked after :)
