Lovely little cafe by the river in Knaresborough...gorgeous hot chocolate..dog friendly
Had a lovely generous cuppa but the cakes looked a bit lack luster so we gave them a miss. Lovely view of the river though.
Fantastic location on the river. The breakfast is decent but get there before 12 and expect a short wait on sunny days. Well worth the walk up to the castle.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch of chicken and avocado salad with my sister and her granddaughter in a charming riverside setting - importantly also child-friendly. We had to queue to order but that wasn't an issue. The spot was obviously very much in demand and rightly so.
